Now it's time to move forward while staying safe and healthy.

We believe that maintaining our collective public health is of utmost importance. As we transition into the post-pandemic era, we are, like many businesses, making significant changes to our everyday operations in order to protect both our clients and employees. We all want to be as safe as possible going forward, which is why we will not just be following CDC guidelines but going beyond them.

Here's how Brooklyn Cattitude will provide the highest quality of safety and service possible to our clients and staff:

Protecting you, protecting your pets:

Pet sitters will wear masks, gloves, and shoe covers in your home. They will disinfect doorknobs, countertops, litter scoopers, and all other areas in your space where they work.

Knowing the scoop:

Before you leave your pet in our care we will have a meet-and- greet via Zoom or telephone to ensure that the information we have on file for your pet is accurate and up-to-date.

Social dogstancing:

We only walk dogs individually; there are no group walks. Our dog walkers will never bring multiple dogs to your home during pick up or drop off. And dog walkers will disinfect the leash after every walk.

Clean up before you clear out:

We also need your help to keep our employees safe, so we are asking customers to prepare their homes for the sitter by cleaning and disinfecting before you leave.

While these are new standards for all of us, our main goal remains the same: to put your mind at ease and keep your pets safe, healthy, and happy with us while you're tending to other important matters. We look forward to seeing you soon.
